Weekly Weigh In 11

This weeks bag for the landfill bin weighed in at a massive 183g!!!

This is graudually getting smaller and smaller.

By the time the council do "zero waste" I shall have nothing to reduce.

This again fitted inside a cereal box inner which I had kept for the purpose.

  1. brilliant maisie - well done! Like you say, they'll be nothing left to reduce soon :)

What has made the biggest difference for this weigh in do you think?

  2. The only thing I can think of is that the meals we have eaten this week, the main meat etc had previously been frozen in our own reusable containers, so no waste.

Also David is not eating eating any crisps(not had any sine Jan 1) and now Tom seems to not be bothering so much either, and although not a big weighing item in quantity they do add up.

Those are the only things I can think of at the moment.

I may do a tally this week to see what is used each day.

  3. Hi Maisie,

Long time no see on here. I forgot about the great tunes - Mercy!

Great to see the low weight for this week. You seem to be heading to Zero for the planned week.

Giving up crisps is a big ask but you have managed. Well done, Zero Waste crisps will come in time.
